When I was 5 years old, I watched on my tippy toes as my dad placed a piece of gum on his dresser. I wanted it badly and begged him several times for it. But he refused and said he would throw it out the window if I kept asking. He stayed true to his word. When I continued to bother him, he hurled the small, tin-wrapped stick into the expansive weed-infested dirt hill that I called my backyard. I made my way to the backdoor and put on my younger sister's ladybug boots. Half an hour later, I climbed back in, sweaty and dusty, with the piece of gum. I asked my dad once again if I could have it.

I have always had the determination to achieve what I set my mind to. Being an art director with a background in shooting and editing equips me with the skills to create what I envision.
